Dominique Layt has spent over three decades in the banking and finance sector, starting out as a branch teller and working her way up to executive management position in three ASX Top 20 companies. She holds an MBA specialising in human resources, a Certificate of Specialisation in Strategy from Harvard Business Online, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is qualified in project management, is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and both a fellow and Chartered Practising Manager of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
