Richard Collier joined Heartland Bank in 2024 when it was previously known as Challenger Bank. Following Heartland’s acquisition of Challenger Bank, Richard continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to his CFO appointment, Richard held the position of General Manager, Business Performance & Analytics at Challenger Limited. With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Richard has held several senior finance positions, including as CFO Business Bank, Group Head of Performance and Acting General Manager at Westpac, and Head of Finance at St George Bank. Richard is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, with a Bachelor of Financial Administration.
