Vivienne Yu

Independent Non-Executive Director, Heartland Bank (Australia)

Vivienne was appointed to the Board on 30 April 2024.  She chairs the Heartland Bank Australia People, Remuneration and Nominations Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Committee.

Vivienne brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across banking, financial services and international markets. She has led businesses and teams across Asia, North America and Australia, most recently serving as Executive General Manager, International Financial Services at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Vivienne currently serves as a Director of AA REIT, a real estate investment trust listed on the
Singapore Exchange, Wise Australia, and Bridge Housing. Her previous governance experience includes serving as Vice Chair of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Chair of CBA County Bank.
